Colour Study: Agents of SMASH Triton

So after a bit of a hiatus, Hulk and the Agents of SMASH "continues" with the Hulks meeting the Inhumans.  For whatever reason, they go to the beach, scare away the local populace and A-bomb instantly falls in love with a super-powered girl called Crystal (as you do).  Triton however turns up and summons Lockjaw (a space-teleporting giant dog of some sort, with a moustache...?) to teleport-kidnap A-bomb.  The Hulks go after and... a bunch of stuff happened I couldn't care less about.  So nothing new.

Anyway, I was a little dissapointed with the Savage Dragon-esque appearance of Triton, so here's my version, with more allusions to his royal heritage.  Apparently, Triton will be appearing in the upcoming (to the US, for whatever reason, it's started in the UK) Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors.   Ah well.  This afforded me an oppurtunity to try out some new brushes and texturing in any event.  And yes, in the original comics he wore shocking pink trunks.

Although Triton didn't really do that much, I liked him a lot better than that Atlatean jerk off Young Justice (can't remember his name but after Aqualad went evil, he became the next Aquaman protégé) - he seemed more protective of Crystal, than possessive.  But that's just me.
