This happens in Season 4, episode 6 of that Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon (thank you for the heads up 
!) but I didn't like the official design. It felt kind of lazy, like that episode of [i]Hulk and the Agents of SMASH[/i] during which Venom infects each of the Hulks in turn. The designs there were slightly altered recoloured sprites. Boring. So I heavily redesigned 'Kravenom' to keep more of the traditional Venom elements than just have a giant black lion anthro with a white mane. Personal taste.
